Mark Clapham

Joint Managing Director

Mark Clapham has over 30 year’s experience in commercial property across most Australian CBD office markets, with a sole focus on the Perth CBD office market for the last eight years.

Mark’s experience in office leasing covers project pre-commitment, development leasing, leasing of existing office vacant space, strategic asset reviews, and lease renewal implementation.

In his prior role as Head of Leasing at Brookfield from 2009 – 2012, Mark was responsible for the implementation and delivery of the leasing strategy across the Australian and New Zealand office portfolios of approximately one million sqm in NLA across a total of 29 Premium and A Grade office assets.

Prior to this, he also held a leadership position as a Senior Director of both Office Services and Asset Services, NSW at CBRE, Sydney for 10 years. In the mid to late 1990s, he was based in London with Insignia Richard Ellis (now CBRE) for approximately 3 years as a Regional Asset Manager across a UK office and shopping center portfolio.

Mark holds real estate agent licenses in WA & NSW and is an active member of the Property Council of Australia, WA Chapter.

Mark also sits on the board at The Perth Institute of Contemporary Art.

Digby Sutherland

Joint Managing Director

Digby Sutherland has 25 years experience in the Perth and Sydney office leasing markets in Director roles at both CBRE and Chesterton International.

Digby originates from Perth and has spent the majority of his career in leasing commercial office assets and office developments across the Perth CBD and Metropolitan office markets.

As Director of Office Leasing at CBRE Sydney for 4 years until 2006, he was responsible for the project leasing across three new office developments that comprise an NLA in excess of 100,000sqm; World Square, 1 Darling Island, and 383 Kent Street.

Digby returned to Perth in 2006 whereby he established Sheffield Property as an independent specialist office leasing business.

Digby’s area of expertise is in the precommitment leasing of office developments and existing Premium & A Grade Assets through the execution of a carefully prepared leasing plan.

Digby’s understanding of current workplace trends and work practices enables him to provide considerable input into the design of new office buildings to ensure they meet the requirements of the target tenant market.

In addition to office leasing roles, Digby is also involved with strategic asset reviews and repositioning, lease renewal implementation and purchase due diligence.

Over the past three years, Digby has been the appointed project leasing coordinator for the 85,000sqm Kings Square office precinct on Wellington Street, Perth.

Digby represents Sheffield Property as one of 12 leading partners with the Property Council of WA.

Roly Egerton – Warburton


Roly Egerton-Warburton has over 20 years experience in sales and negotiation. He works alongside the Directors in the design and implementation of leasing campaigns on all of Sheffield’s appointed projects.

Working closely with clients, Roly provides leasing solutions to existing assets in the Perth CBD. Roly has worked on numerous CBD office towers including Allendale Square, Exchange Tower, 1 Forrest Place, Australia Place, and 2 Victoria Avenue. Roly has also conducted subleasing campaigns for major Perth office occupiers such as Westpac, AMEC Foster Wheeler, Thiess, Leighton, and Rio Tinto.

Originating from Western Australia, Roly has a strong network through small business, ASX listed companies, international corporates, and government. With sound business acumen and highly regarded communication skills, Roly ensures the leasing plan is executed and delivered with precision.

Jason Ridge


Jason Ridge has 24 years Asset Management experience across all Perth markets and is the head of Sheffield Asset Management.

Whilst Finance Manager for Central Park for 10 years, Jason developed a passion for Asset Management and took on the General Manager role of 140 St George’s Terrace for AMP Capital Investors.

With a strong passion in building relationships with tenants and clients, and developing strategic business plans with Fund and Asset Managers, he pursued the opportunity to share his knowledge in systems and procedural development to improve efficiencies as Head of Asset Management at both JLL and Savills.

Adam Ahern


Adam has over 10 year’s experience in Asset Management and has previously held senior roles at both JLL & Savills.

Whilst at JLL Adam was responsible for a 50,000sqm portfolio of mixed asset types and classes for private owners and syndicators.

Adam then held several senior roles at Savills including General Manager for a 30,000sqm CBD A Grade building, Head of Facilities Management for the WA office and National Portfolio Manager for a listed offshore entity.

Adam develops strong client and tenant relationships and has strong business acumen particularly in strategic asset planning enabling him to deliver outstanding results for his clients.

As a director at Sheffield, Adam assists in the running of the business as well as focussing on delivering for our key clients.
